Among different groups of women, awareness of female handwashing and behavior formation rate were higher than those of men. The rate of awareness about the corresponding route of transmission of live poultry workers was lower than that of other staff and was more likely to be infected (P <0.05). Residents mainly acquire H7N9 related knowledge through television (90.03%), newspapers (68.09%) and internet (53.85%), and 86% of them think that knowledge is easy to understand and easy to understand. Conclusion: Jinhua N7B9 emergency health education has achieved some success.
