小学教学贵在启蒙,也难在启蒙.教学实践中,自己的体会是教师除了要具备多方面的知识外,还要在钻研教材.认真备课这两项基础工作上下功夫.一、深入钻研教材钻研教材,认真备课,这些都是应做的基本工作.但教材内容逐年都有增减,教材参考书中的教学目的和内容每年都存在不同程度的修订.这就要求教师在研究教材的同时,切实把握新增内容.把握教学目的要求.突出重点,攻其难点,将其实质溶于自己的教法中.如教材第一册要求学生求两数相差多少和求比一个数多几或少几时.我采用两种不同颜色的粉笔摆在课桌上,红色粉笔5支,白色粉笔4支.请两位学生拿着粉笔.让大家观察.问:哪一种多?哪一种少?学生会明确回答:红色多.白色少.一边放6个“梨”,另一边放7个“苹果”.问:哪边多?哪边少?这边多,哪边少.面对梨和苹果,提示左和左,这边是哪边?左边,另一边呢!右边,右边的苹果多,左边的梨少.苹果比梨多几个?多1个.梨比苹果少几个?少1个.学生在进行数的比较时,增加了方位知识.还可以利用其他教法.使学生知道东南西北.前后等方面的知识.
