分析了目前医疗机构绩效评价的实际状况,指出了在这一过程中存在的问题,一是评价指标中缺乏对领导者柔性管理质量的考核指标,二是评价指标缺乏预见性。提出应该建立一个医疗单位组织激励状态的心理评价指标,把它加到当前使用的卫生组织绩效评价指标体系当中,用它来衡量单位管理者柔性管理的质量,掌握职工的被激励状态,了解医疗单位的可持续发展后劲。
The current status of performance evaluation of medical institutions is analyzed, and the problems in this process are pointed out. The first one is the lack of evaluation index of leader flexible management quality. The second one is the lack of predictability of evaluation index.
