Cayin-265A采用纯A类放大电路设计,整机电原理图如本期中心页所示。Cayin-265A的前级信号经电解电容器耦合至输入级。输入级采用经典的全对称双差分电路设计,以四只东芝音响专用孪生场效应管K389/J109和四只晶体管组成经典的全对称共源-共基差分放大电路。考虑到信噪比和热噪声的负相关关系,输入级电流取在1.5mA左右,激励级则选用了东芝音响名管K214/J77以改善音色。为平衡效率和音色的负相关关系,工作电流取65mA,末级采取了无负反馈设计,每声道共用了4对日立场效应管K1058/J162多管并联输出,从而使音色表现更具有电子管机风格,同时也降低了放大器内阻,提高了放大器的阻尼系数,从而提高了放大器对音箱的控制力。
