青霉素针剂青霉素针剂是将青霉素钾盐或钠盐,分装成供注射用的小瓶。由于青霉素极易变质失效,所以此种产品对分装操作条件的需求较其他制剂更为严格。为了避免制品染菌,必须在无菌条件下进行工作;为了避免制品吸收水分容易变质,必须严格控制车间的相对湿度;为了避免制品出厂后在运输储藏过程中吸收水分,促进青霉素潮解变质,故包装必须高度严密。能做到符合以上要求,才能保证产品质量。兹将我厂生产此种制品的情况简要介绍如下:无菌管理方面(一)车间的设备:
