现代职业教育倡导以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向,培养具有良好职业素养的合格医学生是医学职业教育的重要任务,而学生教育管理是职业院校各项工作顺利开展的前提和保障,几乎覆盖了职业教育的方方面面。本文探讨了如何将职业院校医学生职业素养培养与学生教育管理工作相融合,通过学生管理的各个方面,培养医学生的各项职业素养,从而进一步反促学生管理有效实施,形成良性循环。
