目的探讨凝集素受体分布与膀胱癌浸润和转移的关系。方法应用生物素标记的花生凝集素(PNA),菜豆凝集素(PHA)及扁豆凝集素(LCA)等3种凝集素对52例人体膀胱移行细胞癌,25例淋巴结转移癌,进行亲合组织化学法研究。结果发现PHA、PNA、受体阳性率在浸润性肿瘤中明显高于浅表性肿瘤(P<0.05。84%淋巴结转移癌与其原发膀胱癌在凝集素标记的量上有差异,并且比原发肿瘤获得更多的PNA及PHA受体。结论膀胱癌及淋巴结转移癌中PNA、PHA受体阳性率与膀胱癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移癌有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between lectin receptor distribution and invasion and metastasis of bladder cancer. Methods Biotinylated peanut lectin (PNA), pea lectin (PHA) and lentil lectin (LCA) were used in 52 cases of human bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 25 cases of lymph node metastasis, Chemical research. The results showed that the positive rate of PHA, PNA and receptor was significantly higher in infiltrating tumors than in superficial tumors (P <0.05.84%). There was a difference in the amount of lectin from the primary bladder carcinoma More PNA and PHA receptors than primary tumors.Conclusion The positive rates of PNA and PHA receptors in bladder cancer and lymph node metastasis are related to the depth of invasion of bladder cancer and lymph node metastasis.
