从事各新学科的教学都必须具备符合那门学科的特点的知识结构和应达到的能力要求。那么,语文教师应具备什么样的知识结构和应具备哪些能力呢?单就知识结构来讲,有四个方面: 一、是要有深厚的语文知识功底。它要求深刻了解语言产生的规律、语言学概论和现代汉语读、写、听、说方面的知识;具有一定的古典文学、外国文学、现代与当代文学的修养;精通语文教材语修逻文的知识体系;通晓和掌握教材;熟悉文学史及文艺理论知识。
Teaching in all new disciplines must have a knowledge structure that meets the characteristics of that discipline and the competencies that should be met. So, what kind of knowledge structure should Chinese language teachers have and what capabilities should they have? In terms of knowledge structure, there are four aspects: First, there is a profound knowledge of Chinese knowledge. It requires a profound understanding of the law of language production, an introduction to linguistics and the knowledge of modern Chinese in reading, writing, listening and speaking. It has a certain degree of classical literature, foreign literature, modern and contemporary literature, proficiency in language teaching Knowledge system; familiar with and master textbooks; familiar with the history of literature and literary theory.
