目的探讨心功能不全时右胸导纳图变化与肺动脉嵌压(PCWP)间的相关关系及临床意义。方法选择23例心功能不全住院病人,应用右胸导纳图技术(RCEAP)检测射血及射血前期肺动、静脉内血容量波变化,并与心导管术测定的肺动脉嵌压进行对比分析,求出两者间的相关性。结果射血前间期(Q-j间期)随心功能不全加重而时间延长,相反,射血期(j-z间期)相对缩短,肺动、静脉容量波变化比值(Hc/Hz),Hc=c波高度,Hz=z波高度)与PCWP的相关系数为0.8933(P<0.01)。结论RCEAP是评价左心功能的一种无创方法。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of right chest admittance (MAP) and pulmonary embolism (PCWP) in patients with cardiac insufficiency and its clinical significance. Methods Twenty-three inpatients with cardiac insufficiency were enrolled in this study. RCEAP was used to detect the changes of pulmonary artery and venous blood volume in the ejection and the pre-ejection period, and compared with the pulmonary artery occlusion pressure measured by cardiac catheterization , Find the correlation between the two. Results The pre ejection period (Qj interval) increased with prolonged cardiac insufficiency. On the contrary, ejection duration (jz interval) was relatively shortened, pulmonary and venous volume change ratio (Hc / Hz) and Hc = c wave Height, Hz = z wave height) and PCWP was 0.8933 (P <0.01). Conclusion RCEAP is a non-invasive method to evaluate left ventricular function.
