缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿红细胞胞浆钙系统的变化及分析

目的 为分析缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿红细胞胞浆钙系统的变化及临床价值.方法 检测了26例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿及16例足月正常新生儿红细胞胞浆总钙、游离钙、钙泵、钠泵含量及活性变化.结果脑病患儿红细胞胞浆总钙、游离钙含量早期明显升高;钙泵、钠泵活性显著降低.结论 提示缺氧缺血性脑病过程中伴发有红细胞内钙系统的稳态失调.红细胞胞浆系统的检测有助于缺氧缺血性脑病的早期诊断. Objective To analyze the changes and clinical value of cytoplasmic calcium system of neonatal neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Twenty-six neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and 16 normal neonates with full-term normal neonates were tested for total calcium, Calcium, calcium pump, sodium pump content and activity changes.Results The contents of total calcium and free calcium in the cytoplasm of children with encephalopathy were significantly increased at early stage, while the activities of calcium pump and sodium pump were significantly decreased.ConclusionsThis suggests that during the process of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy There is a homeostasis of the intracellular calcium system of the erythrocytes.The detection of the cytoplasm of the red blood cells contributes to the early diagnosis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
