本文概括地叙述了德意志联邦共和国用于煤矿工业分析火焰气及测量甲烷、一氧化碳、氧气和二氧化氮浓度的新的本质安全型仪器。近来,在气体检测仪表中,除采用催化燃烧原理测量甲烷的传感器件外,以电化学电池原理工作的传感器件的应用也日趋广泛。以红外吸收原理工作的分析仪器在测量甲烷、一氧化碳及二氧化碳方面已能提供携带式和固定式两种产品,以金属氧化物作为传感器件制作一氧化碳检测仪可提高仪器测量的灵敏度。
This article gives a general overview of the new intrinsically safe instrument used by the Federal Republic of Germany in the coal mining industry for the analysis of flames and for the measurement of the concentrations of methane, carbon monoxide, oxygen and nitrogen dioxide. Recently, in the gas detection instrument, in addition to using the catalytic combustion principle to measure the methane sensor device, the electrochemical cell principle of the sensor device is also widely used. Analytical instruments operating on the principle of infrared absorption have been able to provide both portable and stationary products for the measurement of methane, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. The production of carbon monoxide detectors using metal oxide as a sensing device improves the sensitivity of the instrument measurements.
