六十年代以来,在国内外新建和改建的热风炉上,普遍采用了陶瓷燃烧器。实践证明,陶瓷燃烧器由于能强化煤气与空气的混合,可基本消除燃烧“脉动”现象,故燃烧强度大,烧炉快,工作稳定,过剩空气系数小。陶瓷燃烧器还可改善气流在燃烧室截面上的分布和对煤气、空气有一定的预热作用。这些都有助于提高燃烧和送风温度。陶瓷燃烧器可分为四类:栅格式、套筒式、旋流式和喷射式。各种型式的陶瓷燃烧器在应用中不断得到改进。
Since the 1960s, ceramic burners have been widely used in newly built and rebuilt stoves at home and abroad. Practice has proved that, due to the ceramic burner can enhance the mixture of gas and air, combustion can basically eliminate the “pulsation” phenomenon, so the combustion intensity, furnace fast, stable, excess air coefficient is small. Ceramic burners can also improve the distribution of air flow in the cross section of the combustion chamber and have a preheating effect on the gas, air. These all help to increase the temperature of the combustion and supply air. Ceramic burners can be divided into four categories: grid, sleeve, swirl and jet. Various types of ceramic burners continue to improve in applications.
