采用干灰化法处理样品, 火焰原子吸收光谱法测定胃乃安胶囊中铜、铅含量, 用氘灯背景校正, 有效地消除了基体干扰, 方法的检出限为Cu : 0-023 mg/L, Pb : 0-070 mg/L, RSD 在2-9 % ~5-6 % 之间, 回收率分别为Cu : 93 % ~103-6 % ; Pb : 88-2 % ~95-0 % 。
The dry ashing method was used to treat the samples. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of copper and lead in Wei Naian Capsule. The background correction with xenon lamp effectively eliminated matrix interference. The detection limit of the method was Cu : 0-023 mg/ L, Pb : 0-070 mg/L, RSD between 2-9 % and 5-6 %, with recovery rates of Cu : 93 % to 103-6 %; Pb : 88-2 % to 95-0 % .
