作为第二次世界大战后的六大新兴管理技术之一的价值工程(Value Engineering),简称 VE,自70年代后期传入我国后,已被不少部门和企业广泛采用。初步实践表明,推广和应用价值工程的经济效果十分显著。但林业部门对价值工程尚处于尝试阶段,未见有成功的经验报道。本文试以本局为例,对价值工程在林业企业管理中的应用做些初浅的探讨,以期引起林业部门对此感兴趣的同志的重视和斧正,为价值工程在林业部门的推广应用作一点微不足道的工作。
Value Engineering (VE), one of the six emerging management technologies after the Second World War, has been widely adopted by many departments and enterprises since its introduction into our country in the late 1970s. Preliminary practice shows that the economic effects of promoting and applying value engineering are significant. However, the forestry sector is still at the stage of trying out value projects and no successful experience has been reported.
