社会城市化建设力度的加强,带动建筑行业的发展,为装饰工程带来发展机遇。我国建筑装饰工程,处于逐渐完善的阶段,越来越多装饰项目投入实际建设,促使建筑装饰形成多样化的表现方式,需利用有效的管理方式,保障装饰工程创造可观的社会效益,推进社会经济的发展。因此,本文通过对建筑装饰工程的现状进行研究,分析施工管理的应用。

Therefore, this paper studies the status quo of building decoration project and analyzes the application of construction management.
