“大连VTS管理规定”依据相应法律法规,在广泛调研、征求相关部门和港航企业意见的基础上正式对外实施,为了更好的发挥“大连VTS管理规定”的作用,加快“三个海事”建设、实现“三个追求”的目标,本文对“大连VTS管理规定”进行详细解读。
