本文研究了青蒿酯脂质体的反相高效液相色谱的测定方法。结果表明本法简单、快速、精确。线性良好,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为101.2％,其变异系数为1.22％。
In this paper, the determination of artemisinin liposomes by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The results show that the method is simple, fast and accurate. The linearity was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and an average recovery of 101.2% with a coefficient of variation of 1.22%.
