本文报道了以1-甲基庚基苯膦酸/红硅藻土为萃取色层柱分离Cf,Cm时,淋洗液酸度、流速、温度、支持体粒度和阳离子浓度等对淋洗分离Cf,Cm的影响;并就Cf,Cm的分配系数和柱容量与HDEHP/红硅藻土柱进行了比较。结果表明,在用1-甲基庚基苯膦酸/红硅藻土柱时,Cf,Cm的分配系数是HDEHP/红硅藻土柱时的2—3倍,Cf/Cm的分离系数约大20%。
This paper reports the separation of Cf and Cm with 1-methylheptylbenzenephosphonic acid / kieselguhr as extraction column, the effect of the eluent’s acidity, flow rate, temperature, support particle size and cation concentration on the separation of Cf , Cm; and Cf, Cm of the partition coefficient and column capacity with HDEHP / Rhodiola column were compared. The results showed that the partition coefficient of Cf and Cm was 2-3 times higher than that of HDEHP / Rhodochrosite column with 1-methylheptylphenylphosphonic acid / kryptonite column, and the separation coefficient of Cf / Cm was about Big 20%.
