戴明说系明末清初著名书画家,字道默,号岩荦、定圃,河北沧县(直隶沧州)人,明代崇祯七年(1634)进士,官兵部给事中。入清后,于顺治朝起原官,1656年擢户部右侍郎,四年后去官。岩荦善书画,尤精墨竹、山水。其书法、画作存世较少,据《宋元明清书画家年表》载,仅记有五幅。其一是故宫博
