1981年11月26日至30日在四川峨眉召开了“软弱围岩铁路单线隧道大断面开挖光面爆破新技术成果鉴定会”。会议由铁道部科技局主持,参加会议的有路内有关局、院以及铁道兵、冶金部、国家建工总局16个单位共24人,会议还收到了铁道部基建总局等单位寄来的书面意见。 会议首先听取了铁道部科学研究院西南研究所“隧道大断面开挖光面爆破技术”专题组的技术报告:
November 26, 1981 to 30 in Emei, Sichuan Province, held a “soft weak rock railway single-section tunnel facet blasting new technology achievement appraisal meeting.” The meeting was chaired by the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. At the meeting, there were 24 relevant departments, academies and railway corps, the Ministry of Metallurgy, the State Construction Engineering Administration and 16 units.
