通过波长600nm处透光率的测定研究了3种稠油在NaOH水溶液中的乳化性能,测定了乳状液的ζ电位。透光率极小值和ζ电位极大值在同一碱浓度下出现。酸值较大的原油有较小的透光率和较大的ζ电位。在碱水中加入适量NaCl可降低油水乳化所需的碱浓度,拓宽碱浓度范围。确定了NaOH作为3种稠油驱替碱剂的最佳浓度和最佳含盐量。
The emulsifying properties of three heavy oils in NaOH aqueous solution were studied by measuring the transmittance at 600 nm and the ζ potential of the emulsion was measured. The minimum value of transmittance and the maximum value of zeta potential appear under the same alkali concentration. Crude oils with a higher acid value have lower light transmission and larger zeta potential. Adding an appropriate amount of NaCl to the base water reduces the alkali concentration required for oil-water emulsification and widens the range of alkali concentration. The optimum concentration and the optimum salt content of NaOH as the three kinds of heavy oil displacing alkali agent were determined.
