通过对不同形式的管材翻转成形可行性研究,总结出了实现管材翻转的两个必要条件。以此为基础,对锥模管材外翻转成形最佳工艺参数进行了预测分析。研究结果已在奥拓汽车消声器简体的翻边成形设计中得到了成功应用。
Through the feasibility study on different forms of tube turnover forming, the two necessary conditions for tube turnover are summarized. Based on this, the optimum technological parameters of conical-mold pipe overturning forming were predicted and analyzed. The research results have been successfully applied in the simplified flange forming of Alto car muffler.
