恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的首位疾病。放射治疗是目前治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一,大约70%的恶性肿瘤患者需要单纯或并用放射治疗。然而,由于肿瘤组织中存在乏氧细胞,因此影响了放射治疗的效果。即使采用正常组织最大耐受剂量进行照射,治愈率也仅为40%左右。因此,人们期待着高效、低毒、实用的放射增敏剂。我们经多年筛选,应用沙棘乳剂配合放射治疗,观察了对小白鼠移植性肿瘤 S_(180)的放射增强效应,现报告如下。
Malignant tumors are the first disease that seriously threatens human health. Radiation therapy is currently one of the main methods for the treatment of malignant tumors. About 70% of patients with malignant tumors need to use radiation therapy alone or in combination. However, due to the presence of hypoxic cells in the tumor tissue, the effect of radiation therapy is affected. Even when irradiated with the maximum tolerated dose of normal tissue, the cure rate is only about 40%. Therefore, people are looking for efficient, low-toxic, practical radiosensitizers. After years of screening, we applied seabuckthorn emulsion with radiation therapy to observe the radiation enhancement effect of transplanted tumor S180 on mice, as reported below.
