利用14C示踪技术,研究了网纹4甜瓜在生育期间14C同化产物源一库关系。结果表明:营养生长期内,不同叶位引入14C,同化产物以生长旺盛的器官及部位为输入中心,源叶输出14C光合产物的比率则以中位叶喂入者居高,上位叶和下位叶次之;座果期,去顶摘心后,同化产物都向子蔓运输果实则成为同化产物的输入中心,其分配率高达95%以上,表明座果期同化产物运输具有明显的方向性;其它部位同化产物的分配比率因其生长发育状况和对同化产物的需求而呈再分配状况。
14C tracing technique was used to study the relationship between 14C assimilation source and source during the growth of 4 muskmelon.
