本文用PDE对比研究了两组病人及正常人的左室舒张功能改变,两组病人分别为心功能1~2级的冠心病人(n=60)及心功能3~4级的CHF病人(n=20)。结果表明,CHF病人LVDd、LVDs比正常人及无CHF组大。CHF病人和无CHF病人的Emax较正常人明显减小,CHF的EAV/AT明显小于正常,二组病人的EDV/DT较正常人明显减低。CHF组Amax、AAV/AT、ADV/DT比正常人明显减慢,无CHF病人Amax、AAV/AT、ADV/DT明显大于正常人及CHF患者。两组病人的LVEF小于正常人,CHF病人的EF比无CHF病人下降明显,两组病人的LVEDV,LVESV明显高于正常人,而有CHF病人
In this paper, PDE was used to compare the changes of left ventricular diastolic function in two groups of patients and normal subjects. The two groups of patients were coronary heart disease patients (n = 60) with cardiac function grade 1 ~ 2 and CHF patients with cardiac function grade 3 ~ 4 n = 20).
