目的:探讨CT检查在小儿呼吸道异物诊断中的价值。方法:对高度疑为呼吸道异物、X线胸片阴性的84例患儿行肺部螺旋CT检查。结果:螺旋CT检查84例均发现异物存在。结论:螺旋CT对小儿呼吸道异物的诊断能弥补X线胸片的不足。
Objective: To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis of foreign body of respiratory tract in children. Methods: A total of 84 children with high suspicious airway foreign bodies and X-ray negative were examined by pulmonary spiral CT. Results: All 84 cases of helical CT were found foreign bodies. Conclusion: The diagnosis of pediatric airway foreign bodies by spiral CT can make up for the lack of X-ray.
