Income distribution policy plays an important role in economic life by adjusting the material interests, influencing the direction of people’s economic activities, starting and regulating the operation of the economy. What is the main contradiction in the field of income distribution in our country at present? It is generally considered as egalitarianism. This view is questionable. Equalitarianism, as an inevitable product of the economic environment of smallholders, does still exist and has an impact. In some aspects, egalitarianism is still a serious problem. For example, bonuses of public institutions and “platforms” in job salaries and so on. However, from the perspective of the whole country, the distributive relationship is chaotic. The income distribution among all regions, departments, enterprises and all ownership systems has not been straightened out. The individual’s labor income and its contribution to society are not correct
