近年来,我省把创业培训作为一项积极的就业措施,大力加以推进。2003年,全省共组织下岗失业人员参加创业培训9980人,培训结业后成功创办企业2470人,每个成功创业者平均提供就业岗位达到3个以上,较好地实现了就业的倍增效应。创业培训工作虽已得到初步开展,但从当前培训情况看,各地仅局限于创业培训的开展上,培训后的服务大都跟不上。如何为下岗失业人员搭建一个创业服务平台,在项目开发、资金扶持、开业指导、政策咨询
In recent years, the province has taken entrepreneurial training as a positive employment measure and vigorously pushed forward it. In 2003, the province organized a total of 9,080 laid-off and unemployed people to participate in entrepreneurship training. After the completion of the training, 2470 enterprises were successfully founded, and each successful entrepreneur provided more than 3 jobs on average, thus achieving a multiplier effect of employment. Although the training of entrepreneurship has been initially carried out, from the current training situation, all localities are confined to carrying out entrepreneurship training, and most of the training services can not keep up.
