近年来,高发公司各级高度重视基层党支部建设,始终将其作为公司党的建设一项基础性工程来抓,紧紧围绕各项中心工作任务,引导发挥战斗堡垒作用,带动和促进了公司全面建设。但面对当前形势任务,基层党支部建设还存在许多不规范的地方,一些党支部组织生活制度得不到很好的落实,党务工作与中心工作相脱节的现象比较突出,党支部的领导地位和作用有所弱化,党员的模范带头作用发挥不明显等等。如果这些问题得不到解决,党支部的战斗堡垒作用就不可能得到充分体现,公司基层基础建设就失去了组织保证。下面,笔者结合工作实际,以河南高速公路发展有限责任公司党建促建设的经验,既有其自身的独创性,也有普遍推广的适用性,以供更多单位参考借鉴。
