目的确定黄芩根系的差异特征及其在根群内的分布特点。方法田间小区直播,秋后收获取样分析。结果黄芩根类可划分为直根型、半直根型和分根型三种,三种根型的根重与根直径极显著正相关,但与根长的相关方向存在差异;直根型的根重约占根群的65%,根条数约占55%。结论直根型根系是黄芩种质的主导根群。
Objective To determine the difference characteristics of root system of Scutellaria baicalensis and its distribution in the root mass. Methods Field live broadcast, autumn harvest sampling analysis. Results Scutellariae Radix could be divided into three types: straight root type, semi-straight root type and root-split type. The root weights of the three root types were extremely significantly and positively correlated with the root diameter, but different with the root length. The root weight accounted for about 65% of the root group, the root number of about 55%. Conclusion Straight root type is the dominant root of Scutellaria baicalensis germplasm.
