介绍一种浇注式沥青混凝土制备用矿粉加热装置,该装置具有矿粉加热效率高,加热温度均匀,总能耗低,适用范围广等特点。介绍该装置的主要技术参数、结构组成及工作原理,并通过具体实施案例对装置的主要性能进行验证。该装置可应用于普通沥青搅拌站,具有总生产成本低,对沥青搅拌站使用寿命无明显影响等优点。
A kind of slag powder heating device for pouring asphalt concrete is introduced. The device has the advantages of high heating efficiency, uniform heating temperature, low total energy consumption and wide application range. The main technical parameters, structure and working principle of the device are introduced, and the main performance of the device is verified through specific implementation examples. The device can be applied to ordinary asphalt mixing plant, which has the advantages of low total production cost and no obvious influence on the service life of the asphalt mixing plant.
