PW_3-10型高频疲劳试验机系七十年代国产大型设备,此类型试验机在国内有相当的数量。由于其载荷测量系统采用较落后的机械光学测力计,影响了测量精度,特别对于疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值Kth的测定,影响尤为明显。另外,有的课题提出的材料疲劳试验,在PW_3-10型10吨试验机上,能否从事小载荷(几十公斤)的试验问题。为此,我们提出用电子数子测力系统取代原有载荷测量系统。四年来的使用证明,试验机的技术改造是成功的,拓宽了试验机的使用范围。
