政治思想工作是构建和谐企业的基础,直接关系到企业的稳定发展。新时期背景下,企业开展政治思想工作时面临着一系列的挑战,员工思想观念呈现出复杂化与多样化的趋势,增加了工作开展的难度,难以有效融合企业发展和政治思想工作。这就需要企业的政治思想工作与时俱进,从观念和内容等方面进行创新,构建长效的工作机制,继而提高员工素质和企业市场竞争力,实现企业的良性发展。本文就对新时期企业政治思想工作中的问题进行分析,并试探性提出几点解决措施,以便相关人士借鉴和参考。
Political and ideological work is the basis for building a harmonious enterprise, which is directly related to the steady development of the enterprise. Under the background of the new period, the enterprise faces a series of challenges when carrying out political and ideological work. The concept of staff presents a trend of complexity and diversification, which increases the difficulty of carrying out the work and makes it difficult to effectively integrate the work of enterprise development and political thought. This requires that the political and ideological work of the enterprise keep pace with the times, innovate from the aspects of concept and content, build a long-term working mechanism, and then improve the quality of employees and the market competitiveness of enterprises so as to realize the sound development of enterprises. This article analyzes the problems in the work of enterprise political ideology in the new period and tentatively puts forward some solutions so that the relevant parties can learn from and reference it.
