自1971年我国建成第一艘核潜艇以来,核能利用已经列为技术开发核心项目,经过三十多年的艰苦奋斗和不懈的学习思考,到本世纪初,我国在核能利用领域已经取得阶段性成果,其中以我国自主设计开发的秦山核电站一期工程为代表。在我国大力发展核电工业的同时,我们也清醒的认识到核燃料供给在核电发展过程中的重要性,针对我国铀资源的相对匮乏和核燃料利用率低的问题,我们需要在引进核燃料及其技术的同时加大自主开发力度。这也是我国核能发展的基础性工程。本文对目前我国核能发展中核燃料的引进和我国自主开发的历史、现状和发展前景做出了综合概述,其中对其发展现状进行了着重分析和思考,从资源自我开发、资源引进及相关政策等几个方面进行分析总结。
