近年来,颅脑损伤发病率呈增加趋势,是外伤后死亡的主要原因之一,其特点是病情重、并发症多,病死率或致残率高[1-2],尤其是在高原缺氧的环境下治疗效果则更差。因此,如何改善这类患者的脑缺氧和颅内高压至关重要。为了解高原地区重型颅脑损伤后氧合及酸碱指标变化情况,作者对2010-01/2012-12月救治的重型颅脑损伤156例氧合及酸碱指标进行了测定,现分析报告如下。1对象和方法
