现代经济发展的一个显著特征是服务业的蓬勃兴起,其高居国民经济中的显著地位,服务营销的重要性日益突出。如今中学公立学校与私立学校竞争非常激烈。在本文中,我将通过我原来的工作单位——江西景德镇浮梁洪源中学的服务营销的案例来具体分析该学校的服务营销状况。文中运用服务营销的理论知识分析了该校的现状及解决对策,希望对我国教育服务行业有所借鉴。
A notable feature of modern economic development is the rapid rise of the service industry. It ranks prominently in the national economy and the importance of service marketing has become increasingly prominent. Nowadays, secondary schools and private schools are very competitive. In this article, I will analyze the situation of service marketing in my school through the case of service marketing of my former employer, Fuliang Hongyuan Middle School, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province. The article uses the theory of service marketing to analyze the status quo of the school and countermeasures, hoping to draw lessons from China’s education service industry.
