锪钻是大家所熟悉的刀具,但直至前几年,多数锪钻还是高速钢的或是焊硬质合金刀片的。锪钻在普通机器制造业中有极其广泛的应用范围(图1)可对已钻削孔进行扩孔,也可对液压装置的密封接触面进行所谓锪平面。对于后者,要得到完好的密封面则需有尽可能无振动的刀具。普通锪钻不仅受到重磨时成本高的限制,还受到下述诸因素的限制,即:多次重磨后耐用度降低(且不好计算);因尺寸发生变化需要重新调整刀具,刀具经过多次重磨和调整后已不能满足工件的公差要求,故不能再使用,最后剩下昂贵的刀体。采用镶可转位刀片的刀具可以避免上述缺点。
Diamond drill is a familiar tool, but until a few years ago, most drill diamond or high-speed steel or carbide carbide blade. Drill drilling has a very wide range of applications in the general machine engineering industry (Figure 1). The drilled hole can be reamed and the so-called 锪 plane can be used for the sealing contact surface of the hydraulic unit. For the latter, it is necessary to have a tool that is as vibration-free as possible in order to obtain a well-sealed surface. Ordinary drill is not only subject to the high cost of re-grinding restrictions, but also by the following factors, namely: after repeated wear reduction durability (and not calculated); due to the size of the need to re-adjust the tool, the tool after Repeated grinding and adjustment has been unable to meet the tolerance requirements of the workpiece, it can not be used, leaving the last expensive body. The use of knives with indexable insert inserts avoids these drawbacks.
