我们采用强力宁(浙江海宁制药厂生产)治疗病毒性肝炎460例,疗效显著,现予报道。一、临床资料1.病例选择:本组460例均系我院住院患者,临床分型依据1984年(南宁)全国病毒性肝炎会议修订方案,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组230例,急性黄疸型56例,慢性迁延型(CPH)52例,慢性活动型(CAH)102例,亚急性重型20例;男182例,女48例,年龄7～70岁;对照组230例,性别和各型肝炎病例数均与治疗组相同。2.治疗方法:对照组采用常规疗法,治疗组在常规疗法的基础上加用强力宁60～100ml,加10%葡萄糖液250ml,静滴,每日一次,1～3月为一
