大力发展职业教育是综合国力彰显的必然选择,随着经济的发展,职业教育在教育中的地位越来越重要,中职学生辍学越来越成为中等职业教育发展中的突出问题之一。要做好学生的管理工作,必须找准切入点,才能提高班主任的工作质量,有效地防止辍学的现象的发生。分析好学生辍学的原因,找准切入点,是做好防辍工作的前提。笔者多年的班主任工作,能始终保持班级综合考核在全校的前列,班级学生零辍学率,防辍原因的分析在其中的作用不可小视,下面,我就职业学校学生辍学的新原因谈一下自己的点滴体会。
