用不同浓度的EB病毒 4种 (BHRF1、DNA酶、核抗原 1及胸苷激酶 )反义寡核苷酸片段 ,(antisenseoligodeoxynucleotide ,ASO)分别与含 10 %胎牛血清或不含胎牛血清的人低分化鼻咽癌细胞株 (SUNE 1)共同培养 4 8h。结果仅适当浓度的BHRF1 ASO能引起无血清培养的SUNE 1细胞株增殖明显受抑制 ,透射电镜及琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测结果发现与SUNE 1细胞发生凋亡有关 ;而相同浓度的DNA酶、核抗原 1和胸苷激酶基因的ASO则无类似作用。
Four different EBV strains (BHRF1, DNase, Karyocyte antigens 1 and thymidine kinase) antisense oligonucleotide fragments (ASO) were incubated with 10% fetal bovine serum or fetal bovine serum Human poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line (SUNE 1) co-cultured 48 h. Results Only a suitable concentration of BHRF1 ASO could induce the proliferation of SUNE 1 cells in serum-free culture. The results of transmission electron microscopy and agarose gel electrophoresis showed that SUNR 1 cells were involved in apoptosis. The same concentration of DNase, ASO of antigens 1 and thymidine kinase genes had no similar effect.
