通过超薄切片的电镜观察,我们发现类菌原体存在于杉树黄化丛枝病树的嫩枝及叶片的薄壁细胞里。这些类菌原体的直径为85—250毫微米,单位膜厚度为7.5毫微米。
By ultra-thin sections of the electron microscope observation, we found that the presence of mycoplasmas in pine cotyledons birch tree branches and leaves of thin-walled cells. These mycoplasmas have a diameter of 85-250 nm and a unit membrane thickness of 7.5 nm.
