目的观察分析急性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜胆囊手术整体护理干预的护理效果.方法选择2014年1月~2015年1月在我院进行治疗的100例腹腔镜胆囊手术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用整体护理干预，观察分析两组患者的术后并发症，住院时间，护理满意度情况.结果观察组患者的护理满意度，住院时间，术后并发症情况均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05).结论急性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜胆囊手术整体护理干预能够有效的降低患者术后并发症的发生率.“,”Objective To analyze the nursing effect of holistic nursing intervention for patients with acute cholecystitis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 100 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), the control group was treated with conventional nursing, the observation group was treated with the overall nursing intervention, the postoperative complications, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups were observed and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group, hospitalization time, postoperative complications were significantly better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention for patients with acute cholecystitis can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
