弟,4岁。第1胎第2产,因下肢无力3天于1988年5月22日入院。病前10天,曾持续发热2～3天伴有轻度上呼吸道卡他症状,入院前3天两下肢无力,次日不能行走。体温36.1℃,呼吸28次/分,脉搏102次/分,体重12.1kg。神志清,心肺(—),腹部(—)。两下肢肌力Ⅱ级,两膝反射未叩出,两上肢正常。Hb130g/L,WBC 9.2×1O~9/L,N 0.62, L 0.38。脑脊液正常,诊断:格林—巴利综合征。给地塞米
