1986年以来扬子石化公司职工逐年进行健康监护体检。结果显示:14586名职工HBsAG的阳性率为6.2%,且存在男女差异,男>女。HB-sAG阳性的其余四项标志物的阳性率是:抗—HBc为91.7%,最高。抗—HBe为72.9%。HBeAG为27.0%,抗—HBs为15.1%。各组合类型以HB-sAG、抗—HBe和抗—HBc共同阳性一组为最多。占感染总数的53.8%。以HBsAG、HBeAG和抗—HBc共同阳性的组次多,为18.4%。根据南京大厂区工业污染情况,特对毒物、免疫,乙肝三者之间关系作了初步探讨,考虑工业污染对乙肝的发生与转归会有不良影响。
