病历摘要傅××,女,47岁。主诉不规则发热3个月,于1973年6月16日入院,7月18日死亡。患者于3月中旬开始发热,伴乏力、纳减。4月下旬上述症状加重,伴干咳及腹泻,5月9日住福建某医院。住院期间呈弛张热型,白细胞总数34500/立方毫米,血色素6.5克%,血沉142毫米/小时,胸片及肝功能正常,狼疮细胞未找到,血培养阴性,一次中段尿培养为大肠杆菌,菌计8.9万,骨髓象提示感染,诊断为败血症。先后经青、链、氯、庆大、卡那、红、强力霉素等治疗,发热不退,加用激素后热稍退,数天后又上升,于6月16日转我院。20岁左右曾患过伤寒,右髋关节酸痛史10年。个人史无特殊。
