普通高中地理课程标准提出了培养学生现代公民必备的地理素养,满足学生不同的地理学习需要,重视对地理问题的探究,强调信息技术在地理学习中的应用,注重学习过程评价和学习结果评价相结合的五大基本理念。新的理念突出了以学生为主体,以教师为主导。根据建构主义学习理论,构建了培养学生创新意识、创新思维与创新能力的高中地理课堂教学“六环节”
