目的:评价经皮肾穿刺通道结合腔内电切治疗单纯性肾囊肿的疗效和安全性。方法:分析2013年2月~2014年10月12例经皮肾穿刺通道结合腔内电切治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床资料。结果:12例患者均成功进行经皮肾穿刺电切术,无严重出血及脏器并发症,平均手术时间38(20~116)min,平均出血8(5~15)ml。随访11(8~20)个月,全部囊肿消失,无复发。结论:经皮肾穿刺通道结合腔内电切治疗单纯性肾囊肿安全有效。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of percutaneous nephrostomy combined with intracavitary electrotomy in the treatment of simple renal cysts. Methods: The clinical data of 12 cases of simple renal cyst treated with percutaneous nephrostomy combined with endovascular electrosurgery from February 2013 to October 2014 were analyzed. Results: All the 12 patients were successfully treated with percutaneous nephroureterectomy without severe hemorrhage and complications. The mean operative time was 38 (20-116) min and the average bleeding was 8 (5-15) ml. All cases were followed up for 11 months (8-20 months), all the cysts disappeared and no recurrence occurred. Conclusion: Percutaneous nephrostomy combined with intracavitary electrotomy for the treatment of simple renal cysts is safe and effective.
