吉菜被确定为中国“新八大菜系”之一,是植根于吉林这块黑土地而创立的一个新菜系。吉菜命名是一种语言符号,是一种在实际应用中的语言形式。这种语言形式不仅和吉林的地域文化有着密切的联系还有着内部的语言特征。本文是在吉菜菜谱、实地调查、网络调查的语料基础上,对吉菜命名进行较全面的研究,运用语言和文化的相关理论和知识,考察吉菜命名的语言学特征,分析吉菜命名的文化内涵,充实并完整了吉菜系统的研究。
Kyrgyzstan has been identified as one of the “New Eight Great Cuisine” in China. It is a new cuisine rooted in the black land of Jilin. Kikou name is a language symbol, is a kind of language form in practical application. This language is not only closely related to the regional culture of Jilin, but also has its own internal language features. Based on the corpus of Jikai recipes, field surveys and internet surveys, this article makes a comprehensive study on the naming of Katsura. Using linguistic and cultural theories and knowledge, this thesis investigates the linguistic features of Katsura naming and analyzes the names of Katsura Cultural connotation, enrich and complete the Kyrgyzstan cuisine system research.
