Rats during pregnancy inhalation exposure to 14.1mg / m ~ 8 and 103.9mg / m ~ 3 concentration of CS_2, 6h per day, 20d pregnancy, serum zinc and copper levels in rats were significantly lower than the content of the first 11 days of pregnancy, But no significant difference with the control group. Show that this fluctuation is mainly due to the impact of pregnancy itself, and no significant relationship with inhaled CO_2. CS2 embryo toxicity and serum zinc, copper levels may not. Pregnant female workers exposed to a concentration of 18.7mg / m ~ 3CS_2 in the late pregnancy, hair copper content was lower than the control group, while non-pregnant women hair copper content was significantly lower than the control group. The results suggest that hair copper can be considered as a monitoring indicator of exposure to CS_2.
