我科于1994年1月～1995年11月间在常规综合治疗的基础上,采用肺脑合剂治疗肺心病心衰32例。取得了满意的疗效,现分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:我科于1994年1月～1995年11月共收治肺心病心衰患者65例,所有病例均符合1980年全国第三次肺心病专业会议修订诊断标准,随机分为两组:治疗组32例。男20例,女12例;对照组33例。男19例,女14例;两组病例的年龄及病程均无显著差异,具有可比性。所有病例有发热、咳嗽、咳痰、气促,
